Down to Earth – Medical Center | 30+ day stays

1. No parties or events – Parties, events or loud noises of any kind will not be permitted inside or outside the unit. A fee of $500 will be applied if this rule is not respected. Please be respectful of other residents, as some work in the Medical Center
2. No pets – Pets are not allowed in the unit
3. No smoking, No illegal substances – The community is a smoking free property. A fee of $ 250 will be applied if this rule is not respected
4. You, as a guest would be responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys
5. You, as a guest would be responsible for covering the cost of any missing, stolen or damaged items
6. The unit is large enough to support 2 people comfortably (the bed is a Queen size). Given this information, up to 2 people are recommended for a stay and may have up to 2 guests visit (4 people in unit at once). If you would like more than 2 guests to visit, host approval would be required. If this rule is not respected, a fee of 50$ per visitor over 4 total people will be applied.

Early check-in and late check-out are not available UNLESS approved by the host.

$10 – If approved for early check-in or late checkout IN ADVANCE: $10/hour for up to 2 hours

$20 – If approved for early check-in or late checkout SAME DAY: $20/hour for up to 2 hours

For unapproved early check-in or late checkout (staying past normal check-in/check-out times): $10/10 minutes for up to 2 hours

For IN ADVANCE early check-in or late check-out stays past 2 hours, contact the host.
